I was wondering about the Leadership Role in Tera and a strange thought started to take shape.

Can I Kill players in major citys on a pvp server?

Will I beable to sneak into a City and assasinate the rulers/ if the Ruler is a player at that given time?

What type of powers will the role of the Ruler have?

Maybe its just the dark side of me but the idea of being able to kill off your guilds enemy guild leader sounds like fun. Asuming only guild leaders can come into power and rule over the population.
